Queensferry High Street improvements

Project stages and dates

Phase 1 – Seals Craig to Hawes Car Park

6 October 2025 for approximately 8 to 10 weeks

  • Re-surfacing and pavement widening

  • Minimal traffic management in place with no reduction in parking during works

Work will then pause for the busy Christmas period.

Phase 2 -  main High Street works

Starts January 2026 for approximately 12 months, working along the High Street in phases.

We are in the process of appointing a contractor and will be able to provide more detail on construction dates following that. 

There will be an opportunity to meet the contractor to hear about the detailed work programme.
